1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Nobot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if older than 13, to use the App. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
2. Description of Service
Nobot is an AI-powered productivity suite available on iOS and Android. The App currently includes Gmail Assistant and Prompt Engineer with additional tools launching soon. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account using Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious or abusive activity.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use Nobot for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
- Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots without permission
- Interfere with servers, APIs, or infrastructure
5. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying results before relying on them. Nobot disclaims liability for AI-generated content. By using AI features, you grant Nobot a limited license to process prompts and deliver outputs for the purpose of providing services.
6. Intellectual Property
Nobot, the App design, trademarks, logos, and underlying software are owned by Nobot or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Nobot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely to operate the App.
7. Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms will be disclosed in-app prior to purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to App Store or Google Play policies. We will provide notice before any price changes take effect.
8. Disclaimers & Limitations
Nobot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted service, or specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nobot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nobot, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via in-app settings. Nobot may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends and we may delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, CA, unless you opt out within 30 days of acceptance. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app messaging. Continued use of Nobot after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nobot regarding the App.
