When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and authentication tokens necessary to create and manage your account.

We capture anonymized interactions, feature usage, and performance metrics to understand how the App is used.
Device Information
Device type, OS version, language settings, app version, and unique device identifiers help us optimize compatibility and security.
Email Data
When you connect Gmail Assistant, we access email headers, metadata, content snippets, and attachments necessary to provide AI-powered features. Data is processed only with your explicit consent.
AI Interactions
Prompts and generated content from AI tools may be temporarily stored in Firebase to deliver responses and personalize experiences. You can clear this data at any time.

4. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore, Storage) with encryption in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled via Firebase Auth with secure OAuth flows. Local preferences may be stored on-device for faster access. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
5. Third-Party Services

6. User Rights

Account deletion removes associated user data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Children's Privacy
Nobot is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
8. International Users
If you access Nobot from outside the United States, be aware that data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We comply with GDPR requirements, including user consent, data minimization, and the right to access or erase data. Standard Contractual Clauses govern cross-border transfers where applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. Material updates will be communicated via in-app notices or email. Continued use of Nobot after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
